Job Description	The project consists of the construction of an Outdoor Classroom on seven (7) different campuses. The bid submitted will be the cost of constructing all seven (7) classrooms. Partial bids will not be accepted. Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. Grading and Paving 2. General Building Construction 3. Foundation Construction 4. Pre-Engineered Metal Building Construction 5. Masonry 6. Light Gauge Steel Framing 7. Painting and Joint Sealer 8. HVAC 9. Electrical 10. Fire Alarm
Job Purchase Information	Prime Bidding Contractors must register with the Design Professional to ensure receipt of notifications, updates and addenda. To register, Prime Bidding Contractor must email the Design Professional at j.pirtle@jpse-structurual.com and request to be placed on the Bidders of Record list. It will be the responsibility of the Registered Prime Bidding Contractor to distribute notifications, updates, addenda, and copies of the documents to their Subcontractors, as needed. It will be Prime Contractor Bidder’s responsibility to ensure the Design Professional receives an acknowledgement email confirming their registration. Bidding Documents, in pdf format, may be obtained by Registered Prime Bidding Contractors from the Design Professional at no cost by contacting the Design Professional via email (j.pirtle@jpsestructural. com). Bidders of Record may view and purchase hard copies of Bidding Documents from the printer of their choice.
