Job Description	PROJECT WORK INCLUDED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. All work to demolish the existing buildings into a grass field, located in Waverly, Tennessee, as specified herein and shown on the accompanying drawings. The Work shall be constructed complete and ready for occupancy, except for the items specifically excluded in “Work Not In Contract". B. Incidental work Included (but not limited to) 1. Removal and disposal of brush and construction debris located around the existing buildings. 2. Removal and disposal of building contents C. Earthwork (including but not limited to) 1. Demolition of all existing improvements except where noted otherwise 2. Removing, adjusting, and/or salvaging existing utilities and improvements as required to complete project. 3. Excavate and stockpile topsoil and usable fill material 4. Compaction of underlying surface, Undercut as necessary 5. Locate and furnish any required borrow material 6. Replace topsoil as required 7. Construct utilities a. Provide safe temporary closures on water line stubs to withstand water pressures if the line is pressurized 8. Traffic control and barricades to maintain traffic during construction 9. Installation of erosion and sediment control measures including grassing 10. Miscellaneous other Work and incidental Work

Bids will be received at the Humphreys County Board of Education, 2443 Highway 70 East, Waverly, TN 37185 until 2:00 P.M., Local Time, Thursday, October 30, 2025. Bids will be opened and read aloud. EMAILED OR MAIL IN BIDS WILL BE DUE WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 29, 2025. THE DAY BEFORE THE BIDS. No bid will be received or accepted after the above specified time for receipt of bids. Such bids may be deemed invalid and returned unopened to the Bidder.
