Job Description	All work to construct an addition to the Lewis County Library and Archives, located in Hohenwald, Tennessee, as specified herein and shown on the accompanying drawings. The Work shall be constructed complete and ready for occupancy, except for the items specifically excluded in “Work Not In Contract".
Job Purchase Information	Copies of the documents may be obtained by depositing $300.00 with the Construction Manager, Lashlee-Rich, Inc., P.O. Box 483, 1100 E. Main St., Humboldt, TN 38343. Check should be made payable to Lewis County Government. Contact Tyler Howell, 731-784-2461.
Memo Notes	There will be a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference on April 16, 2026 at 10:00 am on site at the library at 15 Kyle Ave, Hohenwald, TN 38462. Lashlee Rich, Inc., Construction Manager for Lewis County Government will receive sealed bids for the addition to Lewis County Library, Hohenwald, TN. Bids will be received at The Lewis County Courthouse, 110 N Park Ave, Hohenwald, TN 37334 until 2:00 P.M., Local Time, May 7, 2026. Bids will be opened and read aloud. Email bids will be due by 2:00 pm Wednesday May 6, 2026. The Day before the Bid.
