Job Purchase Information	Copies of the documents may be obtained by depositing $300.00 with the Construction Manager, Check should be made payable to The City Of Brownsville, TN The full amount of the deposit will be returned to all bidders providing the plans and specifications are returned to the Construction Manager in satisfactory condition within seven(7) days after the bid date. The deposit will also be returned to the successful bidder. 2. Sub-Contractors(Trade Contractors) may purchase, at cost, complete sets of bid documents from the Reprographer.Partial sets of Drawings may NOT be purchased; only complete sets of Project Manual may be purchased.
Memo Notes	There will be a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference on March 17, 2025 at Brownsville City Hall 15 E Main St. Brownsville, TN 38012 @ 10am CST. Barden Const. Group, Inc., Construction Manager for The City Of Brownsville will receive sealed bids for the New Community Center ,Brownsville, TN 38012. Bids will be opened and read aloud on April 17, 2025 (see times below) at the B r o w n s v i l l e City Hall, 15 E Main St., B r o w n s v i l l e , TN 38012. Bid packages 1-18 at 10am Bid packages 19-26 at 2pm Any questions pertaining to this project, call BCG Inc., Joe Barden 731-780-8717 No bid will be received or accepted after the above specified time for receipt of bids.
