Job Description	Bids will be received for the following items to be included in the bid package: (for complete description of the Bid Package, See SECTION 00 00 06 – BID PACKAGES) Selective Demolition Rough Carpentry Fascia & Soffit Finish Carpentry Roofing Painting
Job Purchase Information	Copies of the documents may be obtained by depositing $300.00 with the Construction Manager, Lashlee-Rich, Inc., P.O. Box 483, 1100 E. Main St., Humboldt, TN 38343. Check should be made payable to Gibson County Government. The full amount of the deposit will be returned to all bidders providing the plans and specifications are returned to the Construction Manager in satisfactory condition within seven (7) days after the bid date. The deposit will also be returned to the successful bidder. 2. Sub-Contractors (Trade Contractors) may purchase, at cost, complete sets of bid documents from the Reprographer. Partial sets of Drawings may NOT be purchased; only complete sets of Project Manual may be purchased.
Memo Notes	There will be a MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference on Tuesday September 8, 2026 at 10:00 A.M., at the project location Lashlee, Rich, Inc., Construction Manager for Gibson County Government will receive sealed bids for the Courthouse porch reroof. Bids will be received at the Gibson Co. Courthouse, 1 North Court Square, Trenton, Tn. 38382. Local Time, Tuesday, September 29,2026 at 2:00 pm. Bids will be opened and read aloud in the second-floor conference room.
